Fancy Friday: Texture (and last day before vacation)

Today the theme is texture and I have one new polish I haven't had time to show on the blog yet, so that will be done today with a pretty accent nail. Here it is:

These two blogposts are about what I pack for my two weeks vacation. Today is about bathing suits and nail polishes

This is a new thing I bought. I wanted a swinsuit because I want to try to get some exercise in the pool (or at least get better at swimming), and that can be tricky in a bikini. I looked many places but in danish stores I only found kinky things or boring expensive things... And then I went on eBay and found this beauty!
It is onesize and in the description it says the mesurement would be the same as a "Asian Medium". By that description I would think European small and was therefore woried I could not fit into it, but luckily I can without any problems, it fits me very well :)
It only costs 9,58 dollars (or 53 DKK) and that was why I was ready to risk it.

Packing to Florence Part 1: Clothes

Hi ladies.
In six days I will be in Florence (Italy) at this time. I have waited as patient as possible since January and now it is happening. I will stay with my boyfriend Antonio's family that have booked a whole bed&breakfast just for us (*I'm sorry but how can I not make you jealous with this information*). We will live a little outside the city and in the country side, so I expect it is going to be a trip with great possibilities for relaxing in the pool or the nature as for culture/shopping.
But two weeks... I have never been on a vacation for longer than 9 days and I don't want to miss anything, so I am packing a little too much than intended I feel already, but as long as I still have kilo left for polishes, makeup and clothes I am happy ;).-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today I will show you the clothes I will bring. 
I am a dress-lover, so I am actually only bringing dresses:P And I like them to be casual and relaxed so they can be mixed in many ways with many accessories as I will show lastly.

*I am not being payed by H&M. I buy the clothes as it lasts many years, it's great style in my head and they give me many possibilities for a very good prize. H&M is my favorite store when it comes to clothes and it would be even if I was a millionaire.*

First I will show a dress I have bought in three colors - that means I looove the cut and want to wear these forever and ever :P
The dresses are from H&M and costs 80 DKK. Are in stores right now.

Clarins lipstick

In 2012 I wished for a very expensive lipstick for my birthday (i think), and you know that I have the sweetest little sister when she as only 13 years old gave it to me. That means something to me cause she always just gives what she know I will like, but for an example my father only gives what he wants me ho have or use time on... well I guess that is parenting that you need to control but some day you have to let go of that control or that relationship will suffer.

 

Anyway. The Lipstick is Clarins Joli Rouge Brilliant in 07 Raspberry. Its a glossy shimmery lipstick with a base that is soothing as a lip balm but more covering even thoug it defenetly dont cover well on its own, but I always use it over a lip stain anyway. It's very wet and therefore it does not stay at all. But it smells like raspberry jelly, and that's awesome. But as this costs around 175 DKK I can tell you that you don't need this and you can easy find another better lipstick than this.

 

But it is pretty the second it is on (again over a light lip stain)

 

Fancy Friday: Skittelette

I am going to one of my best friends birthday party today and as she is a big lover of nail polish and a big supporter of my blog, I will dedicate this post to my dear friend Iben.

The theme of this fancy friday is skittlette which is a word for a manicure way "created" by www.chitchatnails.com. There is many ways to do this mani and honestly I gave up on the AABBC, AAABC,  AABCD... That is seriously too much planning for me. What I did will be a ABCCA, but really who cares just as long as it looks good. This is the outcome:

Swatch: Cirque Colors Heritage Picks

Hello holo!

I think it is pretty obvious from this picture below why I now own these polishes... These are THE summer in a bottle, and no you cant deny it. I would have gotten them all if I had that much money and thought I would be using all colors, but for now these was my choice when Circue Colors had a 20% off coupon code on their site for a few days. The color I chose is: "Powwow", "Xochitl" and "Sky Woman"

These are definitely vibrant colors but not neon so I hope they don't appear neon in the photos

Swatch Wendesday: My summer Zoya Picks

I love the brand Zoya, it's really a shame that no stores in Denmark sell them, but ebay opens so many doors for us danes. As I shown my winter picks I want to how my favorite zoyas for summer. They are: Zuza, Stevie and Rory <3

OPI Taupeless Beach and summer hat

Today I want to tell you about my first summer hat. I needed to get one because Next month I will be two weeks in Florence and my skin tend to become red and not brown by the sun, so I want to protect myself from it. My boyfriend picked this out in H&M, It only cost 80 DKK and even though it is a little too big (small in head size is apparently not anything H&M have) it is so sweet! I love it! And as my boyfriend says: "then it won't ruin your hairstyle", and that i guess is kind of right.

So I bought it and came home to find out the polka dotted band is the exact color of OPI "Taupe-less Beach" from the Brazil spring collection. I have just gotten that polish and already worn it three times... it is so flattering and even though I wanted to get it in the fall, now that I got it I see how it can be a stunning summer polish. So you need that. No discussion lady! ;)

A manicure fitting for the hat is easy. You just dot white over it and it looks even more amazing if that is even possible - like this: (first shade, then sunlight)

Fancy Friday: Ice Cream

Hi girls

The theme of the Fancy Friday challenge of the day is ice cream.

Only one thing really comes to my mind when that word is spoken, and that is my love for pistachio ice cream. I always pick Pistachio if it is possible and often pair it with banana and vanilla. (and when i go two weeks to Florence later this month I will try and eat as mush Italian pistachio ice cream as possible!!!)

I am lucky I own the perfect Pistachio nail polish, so I Used that for my design today:)

Formular x polish and Update

Last Sunday I where at a baptism of a sweet little girl, so me and my love had a chance to dress up and be super hot! - and then food (and even more food) happened.... So I tried to avoid cameras that would capture my big belly xD so I will not have a outfit of the day sadly. Any of your girls experienced this? Happens to me all the time now, and oohhh I want to loose weight! Only need 3 kilos now to be my normal size. (I gained weight in the fall because of pills against depression and stopped gaining weight in the start of 2014)
