Fancy Friday: Around The World

With this theme I only had one thing in mind. As a teenager I saw the miniseries "around The World In 80 Days", the version from 1989 with a young Pierce Brosnan. Oh my lord I drooled like a waterfall over him. If you have not seen that, you should, It's a masterpiece filled with excitement and it's even better than the original book in my opinion (Yes, I have read it in my drooling days :P). 

I had many thoughts about this design (like including the machines they where transported in) but it ended up with a simple map with colors inspired by the map of the intro.
I have followed their route from England to France, from France to Italy, from Italy to India, then i hopped directly to japan and USA was so big so it could only fit my thump.
I have dotted the cities they reach but I've just remembered that on their way home they reach Liverpool, and that I forgot to dot sadly.Here is the design:

Swatch: Battle of the pastel glitter polishes

Today I have a little different blogpost for you. Maybe you will have seen all or just a few of these pictures before as they have all been up on the blog before. Water Melon nails

Here in Denmark the weather has changed rater dramatic I think over the last few weeks. From to hot to do anything fysical (other than eating icecream) to a very autumn like weather with only 15 degrees, rain and cold wind. I have free time until my education starts so both in the warm days and now I don't do anything but sitting inside in my sofa, and it is so freaking boring girls... I am sad that it turned cold here so quick. where were the lovely middle temperature days.

So, therefore I did a Watermelon manicure. I've never done it before and chose to do it my own way instead of looking at how others have done it.

Today the theme of Fancy Friday is Glitter, and since we are in the last summer month I will make this a summery glitter mani.

 

Swatch Wednesday: China Glaze Neons

Today I have my four China Glaze neons to show you. They are all from their Suntationals Creme collection from last year but I only got my hands on them this year as my money was planned for other things last year.
I was in doubt whether or not I should get them as I heard from some bloggers that these neons weren't actually neon. I can say that I am so happy I decided to try them out cause I love them to death!

For today I made a floral nail design inspired by a new skirt I bough from the store Vero Moda. I actually made this design for a meet up last Saturday. If was fun to meet new polish people, but I tend to forget to speak when I concentrate :P I think I am best social in many ways in writing.

Fancy Friday: Inspired by my bathing suit

I was very happy about this theme as I bought the most amazing bathing suit on eBay for my trip to Florence. I showed it here when I was packing for the trip, unfortunately my suitcase arrived 5 days later than me to Florence, so I actually only used it one time during the trip. But it is still fabulous and also suits the nails;)

Nail Design: Water Stamp

In a danish nail group on Facebook they have established a challenge every Monday. This Monday the theme was Water. I am very late, I know, and I don't think I will enter every week at all now that I already are in a challenge. But this theme was something I have wanted to try out for some time, and I have two MoYou London stamping plates from the Sailor collection who have never been used... So here it goes:

I have shown this before, I know, but I wore it a little time ago and took some pictures of the mani with mi digital camera, and they got so great that I need to show it. If you want so thee the blogpost where I showed it with pictures from my phone it is right here.

Again a pain in the ass that is needs four coats of polish, but the outcome is fantastic. See for yourself:

Fancy Friday: Duo (with ILNP)

For today I did something I oddly enough have never tried... I made a flower design:P
It hit me when I saw my new holographic ILNP polishes "Molly" and "Princeton" side by side, that I had to try this immediately. And so I did. Here it is (more pictures later)
