Hi girls
For today I made a floral nail design inspired by a new skirt I bough from the store Vero Moda. I actually made this design for a meet up last Saturday. If was fun to meet new polish people, but I tend to forget to speak when I concentrate :P I think I am best social in many ways in writing.
Here is the outcome:
*more pictures after the info*
This is the skirts pattern:
As you can see the flowers have a white base and colors seem to be added later, so that was also how I chose to do this design.
Polishes used were:
Essie "Licorice" - as base for all fingers exept the ring fingers
OPI "Alpine Snow" - as base for all the flowers
Models Own "Strawberry tart" and Maybelline "Coral Heat" - was used to add a color blend to the flowers. I added to much of the neon, I know, but I just couldn't help myself, therefore it also got a place on my ring fingers with some white dots.
Etude House "Apple" and Essie "Sew Psyched" - was used to add a color blend to the leaves.
OPI "Wooden Shoe Like To Know" - was used as the inside of the flowers
And no this actually didn't take that much time. I was not that precice because the flowers of the skirt are very wild and unperfect, and it became great.
I actually only used one brush for this design.
Weeeeee more photos :P
And yes I did the right hand too. As it is such a messy design it was not that hard
And girls, if you want to do something like this, you are getting nowhere by looking for hours and asking. Sit down and do something :) If you would like to share a recreation with me feel free to tag me on your post on instagram. Then I will go and look and maybe give some tips.
Have a nice day <3
