Swatch Wednesday: Kiko nr. 494

When I showed my Florence haul some of the girls wanted me to post pictures of this particular polish whenever I got to try it out. I had that time today and the polish I will show is Kiko nr 494.

This polish is stunning. it is a purple-ish burgundy color. In some light it looks more or less purple and more or less burgundy, but it is pretty in all the ways.
What makes this special is the cold pink shimmer. And finally a polish with a strong shimmer (and still charming and easy to apply). This takes 2-3 coats depending on how you put it on and how anal you are about the coverage. I used three just to be sure all the way except for the ring finger where I have two thick coats on.

This is stunning and I hope you can see the beauty well. I have pulled out my old canon camera for these photos. I never use it because I didn't understand it when I got it 5 years ago (and it runs on batteries so it is pretty expensive.... and annoying), but I can see how much a difference it makes, and I will try to use this more in the future.
