Beauty: green christmas makeup

Hi girls

It's harder for me to plan makeup looks and harder for me to take photos of my doing than only nail polish, so I hope the ones that requested more makeup is satisfied with my effort.

The reason it is hard for me to take pictures is the same as my reason for not using dark colors on my lids very often. As you see in the photos under this text you cant see my eyelid when I open my eyes - or at least you cant see any colors because of the natural shadow my skull creates.

But today I wanted to do a design that would go with the Green Fingers nail design for Fancy Friday - will be up in two days on the blog. And I chose once more to make a whole eyeshadow look only using Kiko Cosmetics eyeshadows. When i reviewed the big palette i told they had to be worn with both a primer and a base. I forgot that today and it first came to my mind when I was done. Something i did remember was to pack on the color on the lid with a sponge aplicater - and as i expected it worked much better than with brush.

Here is some pictures:

The eyeshadows used is 267, 238, 240 from the infinity eyeshadow range and the dark grey/brown shade in the corner of the "02 Street Taupe Variation" palette as seen on the picture below this text. I hope to review the other Kiko palette in January.
I can say that I am so happy I chose the brown blending colors for the infinity palette. They are the perfect shades for this purpose as I wished them to be.

And just because some will be happy for this: pictures with glasses incorporated in the look. After all that is what I wear it with every day of my life:) Some people think it is hard to get it right with the frame of the glasses. That is why i chose this classic and easy shape - of cause also because it fits my face the best, but definitely also because of my love for makeup.

Last information:
Lip product: Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in "Smitten" (you all need this)

And now we are almost half ways through the waiting of december! Yay! I love Christmas. Just wish I had more money for buying gifts. But that's why I am happy I can draw and paint. Maybe I will share my creations after Christmas.
