Fancy Friday: One color, three shades

Hi girls

As a storm is passing Denmark today I experienced both wind, hail and enormous amounts of rain in the very short time I was out today getting to and from school.

I originally had something else in my mind for today that messed up and had one of those days where all I tried just didn't work. So actually I made this manicure some time ago and I wasn't going to use it (because I wanted to do a better rain inspired design), but as I told about the weather it matches so great that I show it anyway. Here is the manicure:



I really like the gradient but I wanted it to be more than just a gradient so I added some snow and rain, and this was where I think I messed up, could have been a lot better if I hadn't been lazy that day.



For the gradient I used:
Models Own "Coconut Cream", China Glaze "Seaspray" and Essie "Vested Interest"

Not the same color but when they blend in the gradient I think they become one color at different stages. Although I wish I had used Essie "School of Hard Rocks" instead of "Vested Interest" as it is a little too green. But that's how it is for today.

The rain where done by using the Models Own again and Essie "No Place Like Chrome"
